Hundy Electrical was engaged to complete the full electrical installation for this new build duplex project, including:

• Complete electrical pre-wire and fit-off for both dwellings

• Interior and exterior LED lighting to suit modern coastal finishes

• Power and data installation to living areas, bedrooms, kitchens and media spaces

• Outdoor, balcony and entry lighting

• Electrical coordination with builder and associated trades

• Testing, commissioning and compliance certification

This Kingscliff 3 story duplex project was delivered with a strong focus on quality workmanship, compliance and clean finishes. The completed electrical installation supports modern coastal living, complements the architectural design, and provides reliable, efficient performance across both residences.
